听卦隐私协议

本协议适用于听卦（HexaWhisper）Android 应用（com.nurl.wengua）、配套排盘与解读服务。我们指本应用开发者。联系邮箱：support_wengua@jzku.eu.org。

我们处理的信息

问题、起卦资料、卦盘、解读、追问及语言设置保存在你的设备上，不会自动同步。应用关闭了 Android 自动备份。你可逐条删除卦记，或在静室中清空卦记。本应用无需填写生辰，也不申请定位权限。

当你主动起卦时，你的问题、起卦时刻、起卦方式及相应的铜钱结果、数字、文字或类象资料发送到服务端，用于生成六爻或梅花易数卦盘。起卦日期按北京时间的传统规则计算。

当你主动请求解读时，问题、起卦资料、计算后的卦盘和所选语言发送到内容服务商 Cohere。追问还会发送原始解读、当前问题和最近至多五轮对话。请勿填写无关的姓名、联系方式或他人的敏感资料。内容请求不附带应用设备标识、广告标识或设备验证信息，但你自己写入正文的信息仍会发送。

服务记录与保存时间

为识别每日免费次数和广告奖励，应用从 Android 应用专属设备信息派生一个身份，服务端保存该身份、验证信息、设备名称及活动时间。卸载或清除本机数据不会保证重置该额度身份。

服务数据库不保存起卦原文、卦盘、问题或生成的解读。额度与广告奖励流水保留30天，之后在后续服务请求触发的后台清理中删除；短期验证记录按有效期限清理。设备身份在服务使用期间保留，删除请求可发至联系邮箱。网络和内容服务商可能根据自身条款处理日志或保留请求；我们不承诺第三方零留存或不用于训练。

广告与隐私选择

你可以主动观看 Google AdMob 激励广告来获取一次额外解读。我们把应用专属设备标识作为奖励验证数据发送给 Google，用于把广告奖励发给正确设备。我们不会把问题、起卦资料或卦盘作为广告定向参数发送给 Google。

Google 及其合作伙伴可能处理广告标识、IP 地址、设备信息、广告互动及诊断数据。在适用地区且相关消息已配置时，应用展示广告同意选项；需要时可在设置的“广告隐私选择”中重新管理，也可使用 Android 广告隐私设置。拒绝个性化广告并不一定停止所有广告数据处理。参见 Google 隐私政策与 Google 合作应用信息使用说明。

用途、服务商与跨境处理

信息用于完成你请求的起卦与解读、提供次数、验证奖励、维护服务及回复支持请求。Cloudflare 提供托管和数据库服务，可能处理 IP 地址等网络信息；Cohere 接收生成解读所需的内容。这些服务可能在你所在国家或地区以外处理数据。

我们不出售个人资料，不使用问卦内容投放定向广告。服务商依据各自适用条款处理数据，详见 Cloudflare 隐私政策、Cohere 隐私政策与 Cohere 数据承诺。在适用法律下，处理依据包括履行你请求的服务、依法取得的同意以及维护服务安全的正当利益。法律要求或处理欺诈、安全事件及法律争议所必需时，也可能披露信息。

你的选择与权利

你可不使用联网服务、不填写选填资料、删除或复制本机卦记、清空卦记，并管理广告选择。在适用法律下，你可请求访问、更正、删除、限制处理、反对处理或数据转移，以及撤回同意；也可向当地数据保护机构投诉。

联系 support_wengua@jzku.eu.org 请求服务端数据处理或删除。由于本应用不要求账户，你的邮箱本身可能无法定位服务记录；我们会说明可行的验证步骤，请勿发送设备验证密钥或完整卦记。依法必要的记录可能需在规定期间内保留。

年龄、更新与联系

本应用面向成年人，不面向13岁以下儿童，也不主动收集儿童资料。如认为儿童已提供资料，请联系我们。本应用仅供传统文化探索和自我观照，不能替代专业意见。

HexaWhisper Privacy Policy

Effective: November 1, 2026

This policy covers HexaWhisper (听卦), the Android app com.nurl.wengua, and its charting and reading services. “We” means the app developer. Contact: support_wengua@jzku.eu.org.

Information we process

Your questions, casting details, hexagrams, readings, follow-ups and language preferences are stored on this device and are not automatically synchronized. Android automatic backup is disabled. Delete individual entries or clear the journal in Settings. Birth details and location permissions are not required.

When you cast, we send your question, casting time, method and relevant coin results, numbers, words or correspondences to our service to calculate a Six Lines or Plum Blossom chart. Traditional calendar rules use Beijing time.

For a reading, your question, casting details, calculated hexagram and selected language are sent to Cohere. Follow-ups also include the original reading, current question and up to five recent conversation turns. Avoid unrelated personal or sensitive information. Content requests do not include device identifiers, advertising identifiers or authentication details, but information you type into the content will still be sent.

Service records and retention

To manage daily credits and ad rewards, the app derives an identity from Android app-specific device information. Our service retains that identity, authentication information, device name and activity timestamps. Uninstalling or clearing local data does not necessarily reset this credit identity.

Our service database does not store casting submissions, charts, questions or generated readings. Quota and reward records are retained for 30 days and then removed during background cleanup triggered by subsequent service requests. Short-lived verification records are removed after their validity periods. Device identities are retained during service use; contact us to request deletion. Network and content providers may keep logs or requests under their own terms. We do not promise zero retention or exclusion from training by third parties.

Advertising and choices

You may choose to watch Google AdMob rewarded ads for an additional reading. We send the app-specific device identifier to Google as reward-verification data to credit the right device. We do not send casting details, hexagrams or questions to Google as ad-targeting parameters.

Google and its partners may process advertising identifiers, IP addresses, device details, ad interactions and diagnostics. Where applicable and configured, the app presents consent messages. You can revisit required choices through Ad privacy choices in Settings or use Android advertising privacy controls. Refusing personalized ads does not necessarily stop all ad data processing. Purposes, providers and international processing

We use data to provide requested charts and readings, manage credits, verify rewards, maintain the service and answer support requests. Cloudflare provides hosting and database services and may process network information such as IP addresses. Cohere receives content needed to generate readings. These providers may process information outside your country or region.

We do not sell personal information or use consultation content for ad targeting. Providers process information under their applicable terms; see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy, Cohere Privacy Policy and Cohere data commitments. Where applicable, processing grounds include providing requested services, legally obtained consent and legitimate interests in service security. Disclosure may also occur when legally required or necessary for fraud, security incidents or legal disputes.

Your choices and rights

You can decline online features, omit optional information, copy or delete local charts, clear the journal and manage advertising choices. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, withdraw consent and complain to your local data protection authority.

Send server-data requests to support_wengua@jzku.eu.org. Because the app does not require an account, your email alone may not identify your service records. We will explain available verification steps; do not send authentication secrets or your full journal. Legally required records may need to be retained for the required period.

Age, changes and contact

The app is intended for adults, is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information. The app is for cultural exploration and reflection, and does not replace professional advice.
